The Killerspots Agency is a creative, award-winning digital media agency and production house. Our offices include professional radio and tv production studios with custom-built cyc walls.In-house graphic and web designers, social media management, and engaging content writers make up our creative team that powers our clients’ marketing engines.We are looking to add on to our team with talented employees who have experience in planning executing, and maintaining social media advertising campaigns. The candidates should have experience in ad optimization, targeting, AB Testing, ad strategy. Being able to use Excel for reporting is required.

• Manage socialmedia advertising campaigns for multiple clients on a day-to-day basis

• Manage budgets,targets, and daily optimizations with strategic support from team members

• Turn the goals ofclients into digital strategy and execution

• Create and editcreative copy for ads

• Understand bestpractices for social advertising

• Be responsiblefor communication with clients on social campaigns

• Support teammembers in the overall execution of client strategy

• Initiate and leadmeetings with clients on their social ads

• Identifyopportunities for strategic AB testing and optimization for clients

• Become an experton everything social and advertising

• Haveknowledge of Excel, Google Analytics,and/or other social reporting platforms

• Support communitymanagement campaigns as needed

• Enhance the audienceopinion with brands online

• Help increasebusiness results for clients

• Assist in prepfor client meetings, including research and creating presentations

• Collaborate withinternal teams on strategy and content development

• Monitor analyticsand key metrics

• Quicklycommunicate brand issues that appear on social

• Stay abreast ofsocial platform updates, and social trends


• Minimum of 2 yearsof social media experience, preferably at an agency• Understanding of social, search engine andwebsite fundamentals

• Able to writeconcisely and present ideas confidently

• An insatiablecuriosity for all things social, digital and mobile

• Strong analyticalskills and use of Excel for reporting is required

• Previousexperience in digital ad placement (Facebook, Twitter, Google Adwords, etc.) isrequired
